Safe line is provided entirely by Nettle and we partnered with well-known hosting service providers located in Ireland (amazon.com Inc.), Germany (1and1 Internet Limited) and the UK (Fasthosts Internet Limited) enabling us to deliver the Services to you. Nettle maintains backups of its servers and infrastructure pursuant to its own archiving and business continuity procedures. By using the Service, you consent to your personal and business information being collected, held and used in this way; alternatively you should not provide Nettle with your personal information or use the Services. In the event of loss of or damage to your data relating to actions made by you or on your behalf, you will not be given access to any data stored as part of these procedures. In the event of loss of or damage to your data relating to a failure in Nettle systems or servers, Nettle will make reasonable efforts to provide you with uninterrupted Service, keep your data secure at all times and assist you in the restoration of your data in case it is lost, however you accept full responsibility for maintaining adequate backup copies of all your data.
